It was a big day for my daughter. She had a play at school to defeat a dragon! Fake crab meat on top of salted white rice, seaweed and cheese for details of face. I shaped bacon into horns and hands. I tried something new, Takikomi Gohan - (Edamame, Abura age, Mirin, soy sauce, dashi, & sugar cooked in rice cooker.) String cheese and boiled carrots on sticks. Strawberries and blueberries for dessert.
